Transparency:  I am willing to have open and honest discussions and committed to fact finding and having open and honest reporting. We must fight misinformation with facts.

Fiscal Responsibility:  I am committed to using fiscally responsible actions for all County funding, expenditures and taxpayer-sponsored projects.  Formerly owning several small businesses has taught me how important this is in every aspect.

Affordable housing:  to sustainably grow our community, we must explore and encourage development of affordable multi-dwelling projects to serve the needs of people at all income levels. Entry level workforce cannot afford prohibitively high rents.

Homelessness:  we must first understand the problem thoroughly, investigate alternatives, and recognize the impacts of each choice - before developing a plan of action.  Jumping to one quick conclusion based on hearsay and incomplete information is not the best way to solve problems and serve our community in a meaningful, productive and lasting way.

Safer Neighborhoods:  we must collaborate with local law enforcement, neighborhoods, individuals and businesses to create projects to meet the collective objectives of all concerned constituents.
